Flatio takes a small commission from each rental payment to fund the services we offer you.

Commission amount

Flatio charges 5% (+ VAT) for private rooms and 7.5% (+ VAT) for whole properties.

Note: These are our current commission rates. Flatio reserves the right to change commission rates in the future. We'll inform landlords of any change in this regard.
