How long does it take for the landlord to respond to my reservation request?

You (and the landlord) will be notified by email about the successfully created reservation request. From this moment on, there's a 24-hour response window in which the landlord can accept or reject your request. Unfortunately, it may happen that they don't respond, and in this case the reservation request will be automatically rejected by our system.
