Všetko prebiehalo bez komplikácií, s majiteľkou sa vždy dalo na všetkom dohodnúť a bola veľmi ústretová.

Neighborhood
Su susedmi sme sa moc nestýkali. Nemôžem povedať, že by sme sa cítili ohrození.

Nice Flat near to many areas of interest. Nearby to a tram station, so good reachability. Problems were acknowledged by the landlord and solved soon.

Me and my boyfiriend lived here for a few months. It is a nice apartment. The location is good - near the city center, but the neighborhood is quiet.
There were some downsides, for example when we moved in, the dishwasher wasn't working for awhile (it's working now). For us personally, it would be really nice if the windows in our room had blinds and if there was a vacuum cleaner (there is only a broom and the dust gets pretty bad sometimes).
But to be fair it was mostly a nice experience. The room was big enough for 2 people. My boyfriend was working from home and had no complaints about the internet connection. The kitchen is pretty big and now fully equipped. For the most part we had no trouble finding parking near the apartment.
Barbora always responded quickly whenever we contacted her and fixed most of the problems.
All in all, good for a few months.:)

Neighborhood
The neighborhood is near the city center up a hill and really quiet. There is also a forest nearby where you can take a nice walk.
The tram stop is 5 minutes away on foot, the nearest shop is Lidl, which is about 10 minutes away on foot. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the city center.

The place was perfect for my needs!

Neighborhood
Quit Neighbourhood, nice neighbours, public transport in walking distance. One can also walk to Brno Centre if he likes.
