Flat for rent - Prague 5 - Smichov

This beautiful one-bedroom apartment is located in district of Smíchov, right next to the riverbank of Vltava. Just in eight minutes you will reach the Neo-Renaissance basilica Church of Saint Wenceslas. There are also several parks in the neighborhood - Mrázovka, Sacré Coeur and parks on Petřín Hill, where you can relax from the rush of the city. The eight-minute walk will also take you to the functionalist Smíchov Synagogue opposite of shopping center OC Nový Smíchov.
The location is very easily accessible by public transport. In six minutes you will reach Anděl station of yellow metro B, around which also stops many tram and bus connections. The closest tram stop is Zborovská. There is also Na Knížecí bus station nearby.
There are restaurants, cafés and bars nearby, as well as supermarkets, ATMs or a pharmacy.

Cozy apartment is located on the second floor of a building with a lift, i tis suitable for one or two persons. In the main room you will find a comfortable sofa, from which you can watch TV at the opposite wall. To the bed on the loft floor you climb the desing stairs, there is another sofa-bed below the raised floor with a double bed.
The room also features a kitchen and dining room. The white kitchenette is well-equipped, you can certainly use an electric hob, oven or all utenčils while cooking. You can enjoy the wonderful meal at the dining table for four, clearing after the dinner will be easier with a dishwasher. The bright bathroom provides bathtub and also has a washing machine.

I had a pleasant stay at Lucie's place, the apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped, no noisy neighbors. The location is also very convenient, you have all the amenities close by, Andel is just a couple minutes of walk, and you can also cross the river to Náplavka/Palackého námestí in 10 minutes. Overall I'd highly recommend this place!

During my living there I did not have any troubles with the owner. She was very supportive and understanding.

There are lots of restaurants, bars, cafes. The mall is close as well, so I had an easy access to the supermarket and gym. It is the centre of Novy Smichov, but Jindřicha Plachty street was not loud and overcrowded which was a very positive thing for me.
