Beautiful cozy apartment in an exclusive location of the Prague 5 - Smíchov (150 m - 2minutes from Metro B station Anděl, 50m to the tram).

I offer a long-term rental apartment in a newly renovated building in the last, 5th floor with a lift, fully equipped (washing machine LG with dryer, iron and ironing board, kitchen with induction hob, coffee maker, electric kettle, combined oven with microwave De Dietrich, dishwasher, fridge and AEG fridge, safe, air conditioning, dishes), sofa bed with a mattress for daily sleeping dimensions160x200 cm (including bed linen), storage space. The bathroom is equipped with high quality ceramics, Villeroy & Boch, Grohe thermostatic shower enclosure (including towels).

In the house on the ground floor there is a famous bakery. Number of restaurants and shops, the Nový Smíchov Shopping Center, a multi-cinema... It is possible to rent a garage in the nearby shopping center.

The flat is great, perfectly equipped, bright, very comfortable and in an excellent location. It is just a few meters from metro station Anděl — and thus the Nový Smíchov shopping mall — and a few blocks from the Palacký Bridge, from where it is very pleasant to walk to the center of the city. And Dita is a magnificent hostess, always very kind and with very nice gestures! Because of that, I would rent her flat again and I highly recommend it!
