Located in a quiet village on the outskirts of Prague. Close to the airport and only 30 minutes to the city center by car or public transit.

Great house with everything a family needs. Absolutely no issues with the state of the place, the equipment etc.
The only, very small, issue was that only one key for the house and the gate is shared with the tenants, which complicates things when the group of adults is spending time there. But that is nothing we couldn't deal with.
Neighborhood
It is a place close to the airport - in good and bad.
When you arrive to Czechia by plane you are 10 minutes away from the Airport to the house by a taxi. Both Bolt and Uber will take you there.
Close to the house is a bus stop with buses going to and from Prague several times every hour.

The downside is the constant aircraft traffic, but that is nothing you won't get used to quickly. And it is quite a good conversation topic when you have friends over to visit you.

There are several small groceries nearby, few restaurants and fast foods, a supermarket (Lidl) in a driving distance close to Horoměřice and a Pharmacy.

Well, Prague is a given if you are not from there as I am.
If you are into history the ruins of the Okoř castle are about 15 minutes by car from Horoměřice and if you have kids, there is a small Zoo Zájezd nearby - it is a nice place to spend few hours at.

I had a great experience communicating and staying at the house. The landlord always provided great instructions and helped us with anything needed. The place is located very close to Prague, so it didn’t feel like you’re staying too far. The house it beautiful, clean and has everything you might ever need in live. Definitely recommended.
