I felt safe with Flatio because my previous landlord stole money from me from my deposit. With Flatio I did not think anybody would profit from my money again. I think flatio is the best option to rent a flat in Prague because the city is nice but full of scammers and people who like to profit from poor students.

Stumbled across Flatio while opening 300 tabs researching a trip to Madeira. Was a little hesitant, as it seemed for longer leases and ours was more of a vacation trip, but it made the paperwork/communication/signing up and paying so effortless. We just finished our stay in Madeira last week, and I would honestly say it was as easy to use Flatio as any other booking site.
