First time using Flatio. I have no reason to leave a review until I've actually stayed in an apartment. Not happy with the extra service fees that pop up later. It is unpleasant to get extra surprise fees added on top. Hotels don't do it, neither should you. It says not to transfer any money not through flatio, and that there are no extra payments or deposits, yet the landlord in the apartment I am applying for, states clearly in the description that there is a cash deposit on entrance. How about talking to him?

Účtování servisního poplatku snižuje šanci na pronájem nemovitosti. Máte přece odměnu z nájmu! Nahrávání inzerátu na Bezrealitky.cz je nepřesné, objevují se tak nesmyslné částky a opět to snižuje šanci na pronájem.

Byla by fajn aplikace a lepší přehlednost nabídky.

Avec votre site web, nous ne pouvons pas payer un loyer sans frais supplémentaires. J'ai payé 10 690 CZK en frais de service au début de la location, et par la suite, j'ai été facturé 1,31 % chaque fois que j'ai payé le loyer, même si je l'ai fait plusieurs jours à l'avance. Je comprends la nécessité des frais de “paiement express premium” pour les paiements de dernière minute, mais si je paie une semaine à l'avance, n'y a-t-il vraiment aucun moyen d'éviter ces frais sur votre site web ? Cela ne semble pas juste… Cependant, nous avons eu besoin de l’aide de Flatio pour un problème avec la porte de la machine à laver, et la situation a été rapidement prise en charge. Merci !

Still havent heard from AXA insurance company regarding this lady and her stay.

Flatio responded to my concerns in a timely fashion but I felt they could have backed me up more when dealing with a landlord who did not care to resolve a long term issue.

'verify code' doesn't mean apply the code. My initial code was used for a reservation that didn't come to fruition. You should waive the service fee.

Marže, kterou si Flatio strhává z nájmu, je neúměrně vysoká s přihlédnutím k tomu, že si firma navíc účtuje obrovský nevratný rezervační poplatek od nájemníka (jeho výše a fakt samotný, že tento poplatek uxistuje, je navíc pronajímateli utajeno).

I was a bit disappointed that a fee was charged every month when I paid the rent but this fee was nowhere in the invoice.
