Stayed a month with no issues- the flat was great

Katila was attentive, easy to communicate with, and gave us great recommendations throughout our stay. The flat is lovely, the plants are a nice touch, and multiple bus stops are within walking distance. Would come back!

Welcoming and helpful host. Clean apartment with well equipped kitchen. No AC but very well insulated and very large new windows that made cooling off the apartment at night and then keeping it cool during the day possible even on fairly hot days in August. Good location. Multiple buses very near and a metro stop a little bit longer walk. Bakeries, grocery stores, very good restaurants, pharmacy, etc all within just a few blocks. Overall, the apartment was comfortable for an extended stay. The hostess was the highlight. She was responsive and very helpful. I would stay again.

The room was clean, cozy, and peaceful. Everything worked well, and the tram stop was just nearby, making it very convenient to get around. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

It is a terrific — one of a kind place. I think one of the best in Budapest. Lovely terrace, plenty of space and comfort. Lots of spaces to work and relax. The tree garden up on the roof is a marvel. The owners are a delight and very engaged/helpful/friendly. We stayed for nearly 3 months!!! And would gladly stay longer!

Loved the space, the surrounding nature, and the overall peacefulness of the stay. Our hosts, Dominik and Jhelisa, were incredible, super flexible, kind, and always ready to help in the most varied ways. We'd love to come back at some point, and we'd definitely recommend this place!

The good: - Well located - close to the metro - Nicely decorated - Very clean - Strong wifi To be aware of: - The listing is not entirely accurate. There is no balcony, there is no oven (there is an airfryer and microwave), it says regular cleaning service is included in the rent but the owner asked me to pay an extra 30 euros a week for this (after a bit of an awkward conversation, she agreed not to charge me). - the list of rules given when I arrived says "no guests".

The apartment was absolutely lovely — very clean, comfortable, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The terrace was definitely one of the highlights, with a breathtaking view of Prague Castle and Petřín. Our communication with Dita was fantastic from start to finish. She was always quick to respond, very helpful, and willing to find a solution whenever we needed anything. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable throughout. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Prague!

Great host, he did everything I need and always available if needed

The place is great and has pretty much every amenity you could need for a comfortable stay. Everything was perfectly clean when we arrived, and we had a smooth and pleasant experience throughout our stay. My wife and I stayed here for around 40 days, and the location was also excellent, with easy access to public transportation that allowed us to get pretty much anywhere. A special shoutout to Aliz, who was a wonderful host. She was incredibly kind and helpful and made sure everything went smoothly, especially during check-in and check-out. Honestly, she was one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. One thing to be aware of is that there are stairs to climb to reach the apartment, so this may be challenging for guests with mobility issues or special accessibility needs. Other than that, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Amazing location—near the train station, several popular parks, and a vast variety of restaurants. It is easily a 30-min walkable distance from Old Town. The studio was clean and came with everything you needed for a longer stay. Natalie is a quick responder and was helpful in every interaction!

Gostei muito da acomodação. Extremamente espaçosa e com tudo necessário para uma estada mais prolongada. Bruno foi sempre solícito. A vizinhança é calma e possui tudo necessário nos arredores. Há um ponto de ônibus há poucos metros. Ótima experiência, ótimo valor.

I had the pleasure of spending 1 month at this amazing property through the month of August - September. What is there not to say about the place wow! Waking up with that view every morning was something more than a blessing. On top of that, the comfort of the accommodation itself was really good. Has everything you’d need as well as a solid location, there’s a nice gym 2 minutes away with some beautiful restaurants dotted around the vicinity as well. There’s also a car rental down the road and the drives to all the hikes aren’t too far at all. Machico is also home to the only sand beach on the whole island, so that was a plus to be close to! Nuno the owner is also close-by if you ever need anything and himself & his family are so lovely to deal with. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place for both short term/ long term rentals and I guarantee you will not be disappointed. Thank you Nuno🤝

We had a wonderful vacation in August at this fantastic little apartment. The location is simply perfect: right in the historic center, ideal for exploring the narrow streets on foot, enjoying the many cultural events that liven up the city in the summer, and easily reaching the nearby beaches. Šibenik is truly vibrant and full of energy! The owners were amazingly kind, welcoming, and always available for anything we needed. Although small, the apartment is modern and very well-equipped with everything you need. It is great for anyone who wants to explore the area and move around a lot. Since it is a compact space, it is best suited for solo travelers or couples staying for shorter periods who use the home mainly as a base. If you both work remotely full-time for longer stays, managing the space takes a bit of adaptability! If you are coming by car, there is a convenient parking option nearby for €5 per day; otherwise, you'll need to park a bit further away (about a 15-minute walk) in less congested areas. Overall, it was a great experience, and we highly recommend it to enjoy the city to the fullest!
