Ricardo is an excellent host, very considerate and helpful. The communication was easy and swift. The apartment is great, well equipped and close to shops and the beach. Highly recommend this accommodation when in Nazaré.

We spent two weeks there and it was ok. We're not very picky, so for us it did the job for a couple of weeks. The flat itself is beautiful, with high ceilings and new soundproof windows, but the furnishings are not exactly up to date: the furniture and most of the equipment is quite old, and the mattresses need to be urgently replaced, as they already have a hole in the middle from overuse. It's not a very pleasant sleep, and for us that was the biggest problem. The bathroom was renovated though, and the rain shower was amazing. The flat has a washing machine which is very handy. I have to say that it wasn't the cleanest place I've stayed in, especially the kitchen. We were a little cold in the beginning, but we communicated our problem and the landlord, who lives down the hall, came in promptly and raised the temperature controller (which is otherwise under a key). Otherwise, top location, nice view on a quiet cobbled street, lots of food outlets nearby, good communication with the rental agency, good (covid discounted) price, at the level of a longterm flat.

Kind landlords and a nice room and area with everything you would need for you stay.

The apartment was great, nothing to say negative except that we only have a mop to do the cleaning (a balet and shovel would not be bad)!

Świetne położenie. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Niestety niszczelne okno sprawiał trochę kłopotu, ale im dalej od niego to nieodczuwanie. Narożnikowi i wersalce przydała by się renowacja. Ale za taką cenę wynajmu można wytrzymać. Mimo wszystko bardzo polecam. WW

The accommodation is very clean and organized. The localization is great. Everything is good. I have nothing bad to say, except one, I don't have some dish for the oven. So I can't use it. I recommend it 100%.

Hello, My current landlord is great, very helpful. He checks on me often and ask if I need anything. He also has provided high quality furnishings and supplies for the kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is very comfortable and livable. I highly recommend him and his property.

Všechno bylo naprosto v pořádku, majitelka bytu je vstřícná, příjemná a všichni požadavky byli vyřešení včas. Byt je velký, slunný, čistý, nic nechybělo pro bydlení.

This is a good place; I stayed for several months. It's small, but comfortable. The kitchen has most everything you would need. The bed is great. The internet is fast and reliable. The views south over Prague are really nice. David was always responsive to any questions. Recommended!

Honest answer the flat was great. I had no real problems with it and the landlord and landlady were easy to get into contact with and quite friendly. My only comment would be getting the small hob fixed on the oven but honestly that is really minor and just something to remember getting sorted for the next people to come in.

Byt je perfektni. Nic tomu nechybelo. Svetly, tichy a na skvelem miste. Pan majitel mi sam vysvetlil, jak ovladat topeni. S pobytem jsem byla moc spokojena. - The flat is perfect. It had everything I needed, it was light, quiet, and in a great location. The landlord also explained how to control the heating. I was very happy with my stay.
