A wonderful stay in a wonderful flat with a wonderful group of people :)

Jose's flat is perfect for one or for a couple. It's cozy, has a great balcony, and is located very close to the arts' district with many good restaurants and bars. There is a grocery store within walking distance, ATM around the corner, and metro station close by too. The street is fairly busy so it can be noisy at night if that bothers you but other than that, it is a perfect place to stay in Porto. Very clean, too. Thank you Jose!

Cely pobyt byt velmi prijemny. Byt byl moderni, vybaveny a velice prijemny pro pobyt nejen z hlediska vybavy a velikosti, ale i polohy primo u parku v klidne oblasti Prahy.

I knew Kata personally before, and I knew she is a kind and responsible person, but she leveled it up as a landlord. Always responded fast and sorted out any issues as soon as possible.

The studio is very modern, cleaned, and spacious. I loved my stay there although it should have a fan or AC - it's too hot inside. The apartment has all the facilities needed, a big supermarket 2mins walk and 5 mins walk to the ocean.

Very good living place for everyone. It is like new, clean and tranquil living.

Great little flat in a very nice location. I stayed for just over a month and it was generally very quiet (with some exceptions on weekends, no surprise there). The kitchen was a little underequipped for my needs, but I made it work - just be prepared if you're planning on cooking at home a lot (you may want to buy a couple extra kitchen things in that case). Everything worked well.

I had a very nice experience in Nicholas's apartment, the accommodation is very spacious and bright. The location is central and all the city is easily accessible. Nicholas is very attentive to your enjoyment of your stay and always has very good recommendations. I definitely recommend this place.

Marie is an excellent host and a truly kind-hearted person. I was lucky enough to spend nearly eight months in her flat, while I had to be in Brno for a work-related project. If only I could stay in Marie's flat more! When I checked in, the flat was very clean, and she provided me with all the necessary amenities and toiletries. She was always very quick in responding to my messages, doing everything she could to make my stay in Brno as smooth as possible. Her flat is ideal for a couple, but it could also work very well for single professionals wishing to live a comfortable flat. It is also modern, well-appointed, spacious and bright; warm during the winter, and cool during the summer. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood, right next to Bílá Hora, which is a hilly green park that offers lovely views of the entire city of Brno. It's also the perfect spot for some exercise in the nature (e.g. hiking, jogging, etc.). The flat is also right next to a super market, and only about 800m away from a big shopping centre. Additionally, it's very well connected to the city centre both by tram and bus. I can't recommend enough this flat to anyone planning to live in Brno for a while, or even longer. Actually, the more, the better, as long as it's in Marie's flat!

The landlord is punctual and easy to cooperate with. The apartment is in a very quiet area, well furnished and is excellent in every regard except for the shower, in which you have to be very careful not to flood the bathroom.

Great location, nice community garden!

Totalmente recomendable, el piso es muy elegante y la habitación muy amplia con una cama grande y mucho espacio para organizar. Dispone de escritorio de estudio y salida exterior a un balcón desde la habitación. La ubicación es perfecta cerca de la playa, del centro de la ciudad, de supermercados y accesos de transporte o en coche cercanos.
