I had a pleasant stay and enjoyed my time. The location is great — close to the airport, shops nearby, and the train station is a 3 minute walk. The landlord was also very helpful and nice. :)

Eva was a very responsible and sympathetic landlord, always accesible when needed. The studio fits good for one person. Calm neighborhood (near to the river) and building.

Mária, the daughter of the landlord was very kind to us. She helped us understand everything their parents wanted to let us know. Whenever we had an issue, she popped up and fixed it quickly.

Apartmán je hezký a velice útulný, k dispozici je vše co potřebujete k pobytu, velmi čistý. Ubytování se nachází v centru Brna, přitom je klid v noci, není slyšet ruch města. Velice milý a nápomocný majitel, komunikace výborná.

The host was very kind and accomodating. The apartment is very comfortable and is ideally located with a perfect view of the river. The apartment is quiet enough to be out of high traffic areas but easy enough to walk to the commercial centres. There are many small supermarkets surrounding within a few minutes walk, an ideal and traditional butcher 8 minutes away. If heading to Lisbon this is extremely good value and will allow you to access everything easily arriving back to the comforts of home.

Again... A beautiful house. There is everything in the house. Very nice bathroom. On the 4th floor. The windows of the house face the main street. All equipment is useful. Whenever written to Maxim, he responds quickly. I liked it so much that I extended it again.
