Responsive and helpful landlord. Good and easy communication.
The apartment is very quiet and in a great location. Everything you need is close by. It does not have any sun exposure, so was a little cold while I stayed here, but I wasn´t freezing. Just had to put on thick sweater and I was fine. Over the summer, when it gets really hot in Portugal, I imagine the flat will be very pleasant. I rented the one on the 1st floor that was facing the yard, not the busy main road. The one I initally booked wasn´t available so I was offered this one instead. If you are a light sleeper, make sure you get an apartment that is facing the yard and not the main road, which is quite busy. Overall, happy with my stay (I stayed for 6 weeks).

If you need a quiet place in the middle of nature, next to the ocean combined with style, traditional Portuguese hospitality and attention to details in everything (!) look no further. By far (!) the best renting experience for me.
You will definitely also enjoy remote working from here, since the house has excellent fiber optic Internet connection.

Perfektní bydlení v příjemné lokalitě nedaleko centra. Lucie i její manžel jsou velice sympatičtí, vstřícní a velmi nápomocní. Nemohli jsme narazit na lepší hostitele :-). Byt byl útulný a skvěle zařízen. Cítili jsme se jako doma. Určitě vřele doporučuji!

I had a great experience! Lidia was amazing and very hospitable. The room exceeded my expectations, and the view was so beautiful and rejuvenating. For those staying long-term I’d recommend having a vehicle. The nearest market is about a 30- 40 minute walk. There’s a levada walk directly in front of the property which was also a nice surprise. For those coming from the U.S. make sure to confirm the date of checkout as Flatio accounts for DAYS booked, and not nights like we are accustomed to. This was a mistake I made. Even then, Lidia was very gracious and accommodating. I’d highly recommend Lidia’s place and would definitely stay again!

Hotel com uma equipe interior como exemplo do pessoal responsável pela restauração, spa e limpeza impecáveis, mesmo incríveis. No entanto muita falta de comunicação entre o hotel e condições que não fomos nós como clientes que combinamos ao início e ao meio da estadia. Fomos surpreendidos com mudanças de serviços ao meio da estadia quando estas foram propostas pelo próprio hotel na entrada. A explicação era que o funcionário havia errado, enfim, esperamos que haja uma melhoria neste aspecto uma vez que é um hotel que sempre gostamos de frequentar pois como mencionado anteriormente, tem serviços interiores maravilhosos

Flat is in a very quiet area so you can get a long lie if you wish. Flat equipped with everything you need. We found a shop right across the road at other side of flats near the end of our holiday. Tram stops very close if you want a no 14 or 18. Lots of playparks close by also.

This house was great, and Andrea was such an amazing landlady. She helped me with everything that was needed and was always just one text away. The house is amazing, it is very well located, and it has everything that is needed. I did miss an oven and a 10/10 stove, but I worked around it, and everything worked.
