Great apartment. Well equipped and comfortable.

I totally recommend it
Host was excellent and communicative
Location was great
Very accessible

I stayed in the apartment for a month and had a wonderful time!
The flat is situated in a lively area, right in the heart of Budapest. Everything you need is nearby or easily accessible by metro or tram. It’s in a well-maintained old building (but there is a lift). It really has everything you need to feel at home: a well-equipped kitchen, a fully functional bathroom with a washing machine, Wi-Fi and even a desk for working or studying. What’s more, the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. Towels and bed linen were provided.

János really is a welcoming host who looks after the flat well and has provided everything needed for a pleasant stay. The fotos and descriptions match what you find in the apartment. I would definitely choose his apartment again and can recommend it everyone who is looking for a midterm stay!

P.S.: The only advice I’d give: as the flat is on the first floor and directly above a busy road, you should wear oropax earplugs to sleep or close the blinds.

Still, it really is a perfect flat for travellers, students or people working remotely! :)

This location is pretty much perfection for Prague. Penthouse with lots of outside deck space, modern interior and appliances. I stayed for a month and wished it was longer.

The apartment is in a very convenient and strategic location. There are several excellent restaurants right downstairs, and getting around is very easy thanks to the many public transport options nearby.

Since the apartment is on the top floor, it is also very quiet. The large windows let in plenty of natural light in the morning and offer a lovely view.

The host is very kind, responsive, and always ready to help whenever needed.

The only minor downside was that the cleanliness was not at its best when I arrived. However, after I pointed it out, the issue was promptly addressed and resolved within 24 hours.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay.

Nice enough apartment for a short stay. Everything is there, and the smart home features work well.

Very nice place, beautiful view over the city from the balcony. Lenka is a great host

The apartment was spacious and clean. The host was very helpful and always available.

Skvělá lokace a komunikace s majitelem. Moc doporučuji

Marian is a very polite host. He was always welcoming and very accommodating. Everything in the apartment was perfect, the garden is a blessing to have. Looking forward to coming back in 2027. Thank you so much, Marian.

The apartment was great. It had everything you need. It was clean and in the location was perfect. Host was super nice.

I honestly recommend it

I stayed here for about a week and a half and had a really great experience. The apartment was well furnished, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. It was also a perfect place for remote work, with a comfortable setup and a quiet environment.

The owner was very friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The location was also very convenient, with shops and everything I needed close by.

I was very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this place to others. I’d be happy to stay here again in the future!

Everything was perfect! I highly recommend this apartment. The owner was extremely helpful, friendly, and always available whenever I needed assistance. Communication was excellent, and the whole stay was comfortable and stress-free. Thank you for your hospitality!

Все було чудово

Very spacious bedroom with good amount of natural light. I found the room comfortable with a table for working, large TV. Shower has good water pressure. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment had everything we needed, and the location was perfect for exploring different parts of the island. The host was very kind and respectful of our privacy, which we really appreciated. We felt very comfortable and would happily stay here again!

La casera fue muy atenta y muy maja conmigo desde el primer día. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, todo nuevo y funcionaba a la perfección.

The room was really nice in a good location to explore and live in Lisbon! Definitely would recommend it!

Elizabeth was really lovely and helpful during my stay. She showed me the nearby shops in the area and made sure I had all the information and everything I needed for a nice experience in her appartment.

The apartment was lovely and exactly as shown in the photos. The landlord was always helpful whenever I needed anything. I had a very pleasant year staying here.

He is a great host!! A wonderful person, and I am very lucky that I was able to meet with him. I would highly recommend him as a greatest landlord that I’ve met before.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is lovely, super well-equipped, and in a great location, we were able to walk almost everywhere.

Even on very hot days, the air conditioning kept the place perfectly comfortable, and the windows do a great job of blocking out street noise. You can really tell how much thought went into every detail, from the automated blinds and Alexa to practical items like the iron, vacuum, and hairdryer. It was also spotless when we arrived and very easy to keep clean during our stay.

Luis was a fantastic host, always kind, responsive, and ready to help. We are so grateful for his hospitality and how well he took care of us. We highly recommend both Luis and his place!

Jamal was a very kind host, who was ready to help with all of our questions and requests. The apartment itself was nice and fully reflects the photos. It had full supplies of hygiene and some helpful consumables for kitchen.

Apartamento muito acolhedor, confortável e muito bem localizado. Sentimo-nos em casa. Recomendo vivamente para umas ótimas férias, ou mesmo em trabalho!
