Services are good. Booking a new place during the busy time of the season has proved a bit difficult. Multiple attempts to book that ended up canceled through non response of the landlord and outright rejections. The coupon was a nice gesture, but I couldn’t make use of it due to the cancellations. After trying to use the coupon again on another booking, after being previously canceled, I was informed that the coupon no longer was valid. It was basically wasted on a canceled booking attempt. In the end I had to go with Airbnb as I know that more often then not, if it’s showing on their system then it’s available. Cancellations do happen on Airbnb, but my experience tells me that this is a rare occurrence. I hope that helps.

Overall good experience with the site and the property I was in. The customer service was friendly as well. I felt like the service fee was too high and wasn't presented upfront, which felt sneaky, and this is why I won't recommend Flatio to my friends.
