Excellent stay from start to finish. The apartment was clean, comfortable, well maintained, and accurately represented in the listing. Communication with the reception staff was professional and helpful throughout my stay. They also arranged a taxi for me and took care of a maintenance issue discreetly while I was out. I had a very positive experience and would gladly stay here again.

Neighborhood
The neighborhood felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay, and I never felt uneasy walking around the area, even when returning later in the day. Shops, restaurants, cafés, and other everyday conveniences were within easy walking distance, making it a very practical location for an extended stay. There is also a nearby park with two well-maintained trails that both appeared to be newly developed. One features a paved walking, running, and cycling path, along with a basketball court and outdoor table tennis tables, making it a great place to exercise or relax.

Recommended places nearby
I would recommend Sachi Coffeehouse for its welcoming atmosphere, Gagarin Bakery for excellent coffee and pastries, and Gloria Jean’s Coffees for another great coffee stop nearby. If you enjoy training, Teretana Fantastic is a well-equipped gym with a great atmosphere. If you’re a runner, I highly recommend exploring the older dirt trail within Bemax Park, which became one of my favorite places to run during my stay.
