Nice flat for a short stay (not big enough for staying long periods) and an amazing location. Ideal for tourism.

Apartment was nice, great location and well equipped for living there a month. Plus it was easy to contact Zeb or the employees when in need. Great welcoming staff, flexible and nice!

Neighborhood
Central Prague's Karlovo Namesti is a bit south from the old town and the most touristy places, but it's really well connected. The Place itself isn't the most charming but a walk around or a short tram ride will take you to the cool places. The streets around the flat are packed with nice restaurants.

Výhody:
- prostorný, moderně zařízený,
- hezký výhled do parku
- blízkost do metra a nákupního centra
- vlastní garáž
Nevýhody:
- nevhodný k dlouhodobému pronájmu pro nedostatečnou vybavenost : není pračka, na chodbě není žádný nábytek ani věšák, takže nemáte kam odložit věci a obuv
- zahrada před domem je oblíbeným místem feťáků, skoro každou noc musíte poslouchat jejích hlasité hádky
- klimatizace v bytě není a okna jsou orientována na jih, za horkých dnů je v bytě nesnesitelné vedro ( 28-30 st. C)
- komunikace s pronajímatelem občas vázne

Vše v pořádku. Čistý, vkusně vybavený byt. Nic nám nechybělo. Majitel velmi ochotný. Okolí bezvadné.

Byt situovaný do klidné části, s výhledem na stromy, zároveň 5 minut do velkého nákupního centra, k MHD, k centru dění :)
