Online agreement in your language. The basis is an agreement concluded in the language of the place of the lease, but the agreement is always translated into English and the most frequently used languages. The agreement is always signed online, so you can conclude it wherever you are in the world.
Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.
Always 30 days ahead. Whether you move in at the beginning or half way through the month, the rent paid always covers the 30 days that follow. With Flatio, the “month" always starts with you moving in and you will never pay multiple rents at the same time.
Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. The photos, along with a signed handover report, will be of great assistance when dealing with any unpleasant situations we hope will never occur.

The apartment has two desks and one large dinner table, so plenty of space to work at. Very fast internet - great for remote work. It has TV and all the channels, youtube, etc. The bed was comfortable and each room has heating for cold nights / months. Good lighting to read books or work.
It can get hot in the summer but that's typical for Paris where historic buildings do not have air conditioning.
The location is excellent right by the prettiest square in Paris, Place des Vosges, very close to everything, many cafes, shops, markets around. The apartment is in the back so it is very quiet despite many people on the street during the day.
Serge was very responsive when we needed help. I highly recommend it.
Excellent. Everything you need is at a short walking distance, including a bus stop (96) in front of the house.
The Bastille market on Thursdays and Sundays, the Enfants Rouges market every day, Paolina caffe, Boucherie due Marais (butcher), Chez Janou (traditional French food), Chez Elo (best sandwiches), Brigat bakery and ice cream, Isola Sarda, Chanceux Bastille (lunch/dinner), Piadineria 14.07 (Italian piadinerias), PastaLinea (takeaway), Le Terroir Bio shop, Cosi (sandwhiches), Shodai (matcha desserts), Christophe Louie (sour dough bread), Nous Anti Gaspi store, there are many great places in the neighborhood, new places open all the time.
