Our spacious and inviting apartment in New Town accommodates up to 4 guests, featuring one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. It's fully equipped with essential amenities, including a modern kitchen with appliances like a coffee maker, stove, and microwave, perfect for preparing meals. The main bathroom offers a soothing bathtub for relaxation, and an additional half-bathroom ensures convenience.

In the living room, you’ll find a satellite smart TV, great for movie nights or binge-watching your favorite series. High-speed Wi-Fi is also provided, keeping you connected during your stay.

Situated in the lively New Town of Prague, our apartment is just a short walk from public transportation, making exploring the city easy. Iconic attractions such as Wenceslas Square, the Old Town Square, and the Vltava River are all within walking distance. Enjoy charming cafes, historic sites, and local shops right in the neighborhood!

Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after every stay. This cleaning includes the elimination of germs causing many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority!

Provided during your stay:
- Clean towels (1 big and 1 small for each guest) & bedding.
- Hair & body shampoo and hand soap.
- Detergent for washing dishes, sponge, paper towel.
- Toilet paper (at least 2 rolls).
- Wireless unlimited high-speed internet is available throughout the entire apartment.

Please note the city tax is not included and will be collected on the day of your arrival. European city tax is a small fee charged to visitors by the municipality. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night.

Kindly share your time of arrival. Check-in time is from 16.00. The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located at the apartment address. It is open NON-STOP. All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.

If you prefer to get personal check-in (somebody will meet you at the address) an additional fee will be charged. The fee is as follows:
- 16:00 - 21.00: 20 EUR
- 21:00 - 00:00: 30 EUR
- 00:00 - 00:30: 50 EUR.
If you request a personal check-in, please inform us as soon as possible (the latest 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly.

Please respect our apartment and neighbors. Breaking our house rules will terminate your rental agreement without any refund.

How can I cancel my booking?
