Feel at home in this spacious 57 m² apartment. Old-fashioned and simple, yet well cared for, our home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is quietly located in one of the typical historic backyard houses, giving it a peaceful and cosy atmosphere.
The living room is the heart of the apartment. It is very spacious and furnished with a large dining table, a comfortable sofa set, and a traditional gas-fired tiled stove. You will also find one of the single beds here. Another single bed is located in the mezzanine, while a cosy double bed awaits you on the gallery. The mezzanine also has a desk, making it a nice spot to work.
If you move in here, you'll have plenty of space to work, relax and enjoy your free time. The flat has a newly renovated bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a new gas stove and electric oven.
The apartment combines older, charming features with some newer elements. Some of the furnishings are a little worn, such as the parquet flooring, which is no longer in perfect condition. At the same time, the windows and front door are completely new, and the tiled stove is regularly inspected and well maintained.
The neighborhood is quiet and has everything you need within walking distance, including shops, bakeries, pharmacies, cafés, and restaurants. Public transportation is also excellent, with several bus lines nearby. The metro, Keleti Station, and tram stops are all within walking distance as well.
During your stay, the apartment is all yours. Some cupboards and the pantry are locked, but the cupboard in the hallway and the one in the living room are available for your use.
A simple, spacious and cosy home with its own unique character — perfect if you appreciate a place that feels authentic and lived-in rather than brand new and impersonal.
