Este alojamento ocupa uma antiga loja, recuperada como habitação contemporânea (com licença) sem perder a memória do lugar. O resultado é um espaço amplo e luminoso, com caráter próprio, pensado para estadias de várias semanas ou meses.
O espaço
A sala e a cozinha formam um único espaço com pé-direito duplo. Uma escada em betão, iluminada por uma linha de luz LED, sobe até à galeria do piso superior. A iluminação suspensa em anel reforça a altura do espaço.
A cozinha está organizada numa ilha em mármore com placa de indução, lava-loiça em latão escovado, exaustor de ilha e arrumação em móveis escuros sem puxadores. Do lado da sala há bancos altos para refeições.
A zona de estar tem um sofá em pele, duas poltronas, um móvel de TV em madeira ripada e um televisor que exibe arte quando está desligado. Os armários embutidos oferecem bastante arrumação.
Suspenso sobre a sala, um mezanino em chapa perfurada funciona como escritório, com secretária vintage, cadeira, candeeiros e estante. É ideal para quem trabalha a partir de casa.
O Quarto, resguardado, é composto por uma cama de casal e respectivos roupeiros.
O alojamento tem duas instalações sanitárias:
• Uma casa de banho em azulejo branco, com duche, lavatório de pousar, espelho retroiluminado e torneiras em latão.

Bom saber
O alojamento fica ao nível da rua, com uma montra envidraçada. Os cortinados garantem privacidade sem tirar luz. O acesso à galeria e ao mezanino faz-se por escadas sem corrimão contínuo, por isso o espaço não é o mais indicado para crianças pequenas nem para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida.
This accommodation occupies a former shop, renovated as contemporary housing (licensed) without losing the memory of the place. The result is a spacious, bright space with its own character, designed for stays of several weeks or months.
The space
The living room and kitchen form a single space with a double-height ceiling. A concrete staircase, lit by a line of LED light, climbs to the gallery on the upper floor. The suspended ring lighting emphasizes the height of the space.
The kitchen is organized around a marble island with an induction cooktop, a brushed brass sink, an island range hood and storage in dark cabinets without handles. On the living room side there are high stools for meals.
The living area has a leather sofa, two armchairs, a slatted wood TV unit and a television that displays art when it is switched off. The built-in wardrobes offer plenty of storage.
Suspended above the living room, a perforated sheet metal mezzanine works as an office, with a vintage desk, chair, lamps and bookcase. It is ideal for those who work from home.
The bedroom, secluded, consists of a double bed and matching wardrobes.
The accommodation has two bathrooms:
• A bathroom with white tiles, with a shower, countertop washbasin, backlit mirror and brass taps.
• A utility toilet covered with tropical wallpaper, wall-hung toilet and washbasin.

Good to know
The accommodation is at street level, with a glazed shop window. The curtains ensure privacy without blocking light. Access to the gallery and the mezzanine is by stairs without a continuous handrail, so the space is not the most suitable for small children or for people with reduced mobility.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 7 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 6 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.
The service fee is always refundable.
If you send a message to Flatio's Support Team requesting cancelation of the booking ("termination from the start date") within 48 hours after the lease agreement becomes valid, you're entitled to get back all the money you paid for the service fee.
After 48 hours, you're entitled to a refund of the service fee in the form of a "voucher" equal to the amount of the service fee you paid. The voucher can be used for your next booking and is valid for 12 months. If the service fee for your next booking is lower than the voucher amount, we'll issue you a new voucher for the remaining amount, valid for 12 months.
