Welcome to a comfortable apartment at the intersection of Mokotow and Downtown Warsaw!
It is located on the 5th floor (there is an elevator!) of a building located on the corner of Pulawska and Rakowiecka streets.
Excellent communication with the entire city (streetcars and buses - right under the house, the nearest metro station: Pole Mokotowskie - 10min walk).
Dominant colors: gold, white, green.
In the area there is a great shopping mall: Plac Unii, many excellent restaurants and cafes and one of the best gyms in Warsaw - Zdrofit in Europlex.
The apartment consists of 3 rooms:
- living room with open kitchen (there is a sofa bed, which can sleep 2 people)
- bedroom for 4 people (double bed for 2 people and a 2-person sofa bed)
- a bedroom for 2 people (2 single beds)
In addition, of course, a bathroom with a toilet.
In the apartment there are 2 TVs with cable TV and Netflix, Play Station, we have high-speed wifi.
The kitchen is fully equipped: in addition to the standard equipment (refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, tableware, pots and pans) we offer an oven with microwave function, coffee maker.
For coffee lovers, in addition to the coffee machine and coffee maker, we have prepared a lovely set of cups from Excelsia.

Guarantee of legal certainty. The lease agreements are in full compliance with the laws of the country where the lease is negotiated via Flatio. No matter whether you stay there for one or twelve months.

Online agreement in your language. The basis is an agreement concluded in the language of the place of the lease, but the agreement is always translated into English and the most frequently used languages. The agreement is always signed online, so you can conclude it wherever you are in the world.

Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.

Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.

Rent
If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.
Service fee
The service fee is always refundable.
If you send a message to Flatio's Support Team requesting cancelation of the booking ("termination from the start date") within 48 hours after the lease agreement becomes valid, you're entitled to get back all the money you paid for the service fee.
After 48 hours, you're entitled to a refund of the service fee in the form of a "voucher" equal to the amount of the service fee you paid. The voucher can be used for your next booking and is valid for 12 months. If the service fee for your next booking is lower than the voucher amount, we'll issue you a new voucher for the remaining amount, valid for 12 months.
