A bright and friendly single room apartment, state-of-the art equipped and perfect for one person or a couple. The combined living and sleeping room has a double bed, a couch for relaxing evenings as well as table and chairs to have a meal or use it as your working space.
For your comfort, we have international SAT TV and a WLAN with unlimited connection to the Internet.
The kitchen is well equipped, all utensils are available to prepare meals by yourself. A coffee filter machine and a toaster for your breakfast and a oven to bake a pizza or other meals, as well as a micro wave oven and the refrigerator completes this modern kitchen.
The bath has a shower, a wash basin and a heated towel rack for you comfort.

I provide the apartment absolutely clean together with enough fresh bed linen and towels. Baby bed, high chair, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer rack, hair dryer and vacuum cleaner on request.

The city center with all famous cultural sites is just 4 subway stations away, the city's favorite recreation area - the Danube island - one subway station away or in walking distance.
All shops for daily needs are around the corner, an outdoor market where you can buy fresh fruits, vegetables and various gastronomic specialties to enjoy a meal or take a break in one of the many cosy restaurants or street cafés.

Please consider that parking a car on the street is just for short period of time available for a fee, but access to public transportation could not be better and more comfortable.

Very comfortable apartment with a big room. It is located just 800 meters from Prater, right near the metro station and a quarter of the modern buildings. Wifi is fast. I enjoyed living there.

The Landlord is an excellent host. She was always on call and responded immediately to my calls. Being my first time in Vienna, the landlord willingly managed my first logistics at my request - booking a taxi that took me straight to the apartment. The apartment is a neat clean cosy studio house fully equipped, situated next to the train station. I enjoyed privacy at this accommodation and was everything I would have ever wanted. I must mention the lady who welcomed me at the apartment - She is so warm with a very big heart.
