Flat for rent - Budapest

This is a newly renovated flat in a house located just below Budapest's Rosehill, in Törökvész, 2nd district. This region of the city is calm, friendly and not overstimulating, however, it is still located very central. This flat has perfect availability of main centres of Budapest: M2 metro, Széll Kálmán tér is 10 minutes by bus 149, M3 metro, Nyugati Pályaudvar is 20 minunutes by bus 91 or 291, and also bus 5 is close to the flat which goes through whole Budapest reaching metro stations like Ferenciek tere M3, Astoria M2, Blaha Lujza tér M2. The Castle District, the Libegő and Normafa are also could be reached very easily from here.

The flat has a big living-room with a comfortable recreation area, a working corner, a separated diner and a kitchen that satisfies all needs. The bedroom of the flat is big and comfortable and can be reached from both the hall and the living room. The terrace of the flat opens to the garden and has doors from both the living-room and the bedroom. The hall of the flat has a big mirror and enough wardrobe furniture for storing clothes and shoes and even the fridge is in here (just a few steps from kitchen), to make the living room more quiet. In case if guests are arriving the sofa in the living room can be opened to a double-bed.
The bathroom has a shower, a washing machine, a heating equipment hidden behind furniture doors, enough packing area and a very useful household wardrobe which contains all the equipment needed for housekeeping.
Air conditioning, WIFI, television are also available.
You can park in the underground garage of the house that has to be paid additionaly. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.

The wider neighborhood of the flat is perfect for walking and spending everyday life leasure activities here without going into Budapest centre or using public transport: there are restaurants and caffees (Émile, Cacao, Pasarét Bisztró, Alessio, Rusty, Fragola Terasz), small commercial centers (Budagyöngye, Rózsakert Bevásárlóközpont) nearby, and also Pasaréti Vasas Sport Club (with group training sessions, personal training, running court, tennis court) is easy to reach on foot.

I spent many time in different sort of flats and apartments that I have not owned. I know what satisfies a customer, and it is reliability, flexibility and openness on the needs and feedbacks of the residents. This is a completely new flat with new furniture , so it will be a joy for anybody who will rent it. I live 30 minutes from the apartment and I can share my local knowledge about the city or finding any service that might be needed.

István was a lovely host! The apartment is recently renovated and well-maintained with everything you might need during your stay. The location is also perfect, it is in a quiet spot yet close to several bus lines.

A VERY comfortable apartment. It has everything one may need for long or short stays. It is very quiet, has a lot of storage space, the bedroom is large, and the bed is very comfy. It features a large terrace, and the surrounding green area is lined with trees. In a short walking distance, there are several bus stops, so it is very easy to get to anywhere in the city. Two supermarkets, a few restaurants, and a shopping mall are within walking distance, too.

Appartement très très bien agencé, très agréable l'été car bien ombragé (il n'est presque pas nécessaire de mettre la clim), petite terrasse bien agréable donnant sur un coin de verdure !! Propriétaire très dispo en cas de besoin.
Prévoir de prendre la place de garage car toutes les rues autour sont en stationnement payant et les contrôles fréquents !! Je suis restée plusieurs mois et j'y reviendrai avec plaisir

Istvan is a wonderful person. Everything was perfectly prepared for our arrival. After the first week of accommodation, I asked how comfortable our accommodation was. The apartment has everything: a kettle, a hairdryer, a coffee machine, all cutlery, dishes, a washing machine, air conditioning, a large refrigerator and so on. Good location, quiet area, there is an exit to the terrace from the apartment. The apartment is really prepared for a comfortable stay. Additionally, we rented a parking space in an underground parking lot. We stayed in the apartment for 2 months. Highly recommended.
