Cozy and charming apartment with a terrace and views of the ocean, located in the middle of the valley, between the mountains and the sea, in the upper area of the small fishing village of San Andrés, very close on foot to the emblematic Las Teresitas beach. It is an ideal accommodation for those guests looking to stay in a strategic location near the sea to relax, rest, and enjoy the beach, the sun and an excellent climate during their vacations.
It is a completely independent apartment with a terrace plot exclusively for the use of guests. It is a picturesque apartment, very cozy, but at the same time very comfortable and practical, distributed on two floors. The main room houses a living room with sofa bed, dining room, kitchen and a desk to work. At the top, on a grapefruit we have the bedroom with a large double bed and another desk to work. On the ground floor there is also a separate bathroom and a small utility room. The terrace is located at a height above street level, right at the door of the apartment, from which guests enjoy beautiful views of the sea, the mountains and the town. It is an accommodation in an extremely quiet environment, ideal to enjoy the clean and pure air of the area and its excellent climate.
A coastal town within the capital of Tenerife, San Andrés has a coastal character and occupies a wide valley on the southern slope of the Anaga Valley. Considered one of the first settlements on the island, its location in the lee of the Anaga massif has characterized its climate and, with it, its biodiversity. Open to the ocean and with its own physiognomy thanks to its maritime tradition, San Andrés offers hiking lovers a pleasant place from which to approach the monumental complex of Anaga and stay close to the capital, without renouncing the desired tranquility.
