A localização permite desfrutar do melhor da região: praias desertas e beach clubs, campos de golfe e ténis, passeios de bicicleta, caminhadas, restaurantes na Marina de Tróia, Comporta e Carvalhal, bem como lojas e cafés a poucos minutos de distância. O acesso pode ser feito pela A2 via Alcácer do Sal–Comporta–Tróia ou através do ferry ou catamarã a partir de Setúbal. Existe também serviço de aluguer de bicicletas na zona, embora o automóvel seja a opção mais prática para explorar toda a região com maior conforto e flexibilidade.

It has 3 en-suite bedrooms, a guest bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and direct access to the outdoors. On the ground floor there is a pleasant private outdoor area with a terrace of about 20m² and a grassy area of approximately 100m², ideal for outdoor meals or leisure time with the family.
The middle floor has a 7m² balcony, while the third floor offers a fantastic 30m² terrace with sea views, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. The master suite has a king size bed and a bathroom with shower. The second suite has two single beds and a bathroom with shower, and the third suite has a double bed and a bathroom with shower. The layout of the house makes it ideal for families or groups of friends looking for comfort and privacy.
For greater convenience, the property has private outdoor parking for 2 vehicles and a wallbox for free charging of electric cars, available to guests.
Information about the surrounding area
Located on the Troia Peninsula, in the prestigious Comporta area, surrounded by dunes, sea and miles of idyllic beaches, this elegant 3-bedroom semi-detached house is spread over 3 floors and is a few minutes' walk from the beach, marina, supermarket and restaurants. The location lets you enjoy the best of the region: deserted beaches and beach clubs, golf and tennis courses, bike rides, hikes, restaurants at Marina de Tróia, Comporta and Carvalhal, as well as shops and cafés a few minutes away. It can be reached via the A2 through Alcácer do Sal–Comporta–Tróia or by ferry or catamaran from Setúbal. There is also a bike rental service in the area, although a car is the most practical option for exploring the whole region with greater comfort and flexibility.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
