It has been completely renovated and equipped to provide a comfortable stay. It has parking space for 4 cars.
High thermal comfort in both winter and summer.
It is located approximately 5 minutes by car from the best beaches on the Estoril coast (or 26 minutes on foot).
The property has 3 large bedrooms equipped with 200 x 100 cm single beds that can be transformed into a large double room.
The mattresses are of the best quality to offer maximum comfort.
The bed linen and towels are of superior quality. The dining and living rooms are large and modernly decorated. The kitchen is large and fully equipped.
The property has parking, including a closed box, and a leisure area with barbecue.
It is located just a few steps from several supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries and other essential services.
The property's privileged location allows you to find a region of exceptional beauty, which begins at the Tagus River estuary and stretches along the beaches of Oeiras and Carcavelos to Guincho, where you will find the amazing Sintra - Cascais Natural Park, a UNESCO world heritage site, where You can enjoy a mild climate, 3000 hours of sunshine per year and splendid beaches next to the Atlantic Ocean, rich in iodine, are ideal for those who have bone problems and seek treatment.

You can practically practice all water sports in the area, including surfing.
The main attractions in the area include the Palaces and monuments of Sintra, Cascais and Lisbon, such as the Pena Palace, Sintra National Park, Marquês de Pombal Palace.
Don't forget to visit the Cascais Cultural Center, the Cascais Village Museum, the Santa Marta Lighthouse Museum, the Cascais Citadel Palace, the Casa de Santa Maria, the Casa das Histórias Paula Rego.
Don't forget to go to Praia do Guincho, Palácio da Guia or Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of Continental Europe, located at latitude 38º 47´ North and longitude 9º.
Markets and shopping centers are located just a few minutes away by car or train, such as O Mercado da Vila, O Cascais Shopping and Cascais Vila Shopping.
The accommodation is located 1400m from the Cascais train line (Parede station), with a bus connection (Serviço Buscas), with a stop 1 minute from the accommodation (Rua Almada Negreiros). You can access the accommodation by car via the Marginal Lisboa-Cascais road (5 minutes) or the A5 motorway (25 minutes from the airport).
Guest access
Guests will have access to all areas of the property, backyard, barbecue and closed garage (Box).
Occasionally, I will need to access the basement of the house. I will always do it through the back door and preferably when guests are in the house.
When making the reservation, always communicate the exact number of guests, to avoid future corrections to the reservation price.
For guest safety, the facilities have an alarm and security cameras installed in the backyard and in the entrance hall of the house.
The most important beaches in Greater Lisbon (Praia de Carcavelos, Parede, Estoril, Duquesa and Praia dos Pescadores) are located about five (5) minutes from the house, by car, or less than 30 minutes on foot.
