What happens after the booking request is accepted?

When you accept a reservation request, Flatio automatically creates a Lease Agreement for you. The tenant is required to read it and sign it within 24 hours using an online authorization code.

During this process, the tenant must upload a copy of his or her ID so that you can check the completed data in the signed contract and ensure the payment of the first lease. As soon as the potential tenant fulfills all the steps of the contract process and the money arrives in the Flatio collection account, the rental contract becomes valid.

If these steps are not completed within 24 hours, you have the right to cancel the lease agreement contract (unless you and the tenant agree to different conditions). You can find the instructions for creating an agreement cancellation here.
