New modern cozy flat by the beach

Ilva is lovely—she came to meet me at the door despite my irregular arrival hours and made sure I had everything I needed. A great experience! The house is 1 block from the beach and has all the modern amenities you could want.

I am an architect with a passion for real estate development and the hospitality industry.
