Martin is very responsive and helpful host. I wouldn't hesitate to come back and stay here again. The place is close to the tram and metro station which is very convenient. Love it!

Both Mr. Dedina and his girlfriend were extremely helpful and easy going. The flat is very calm and cosy. Definitely can recommend this apartment!

Na Martina je spoleh po všech ohledech, vše skvěle zorganizuje, je dochvilný, ochotně pomůže, poradí a pořeší každý detail. Navíc je to velmi přátelský člověk.

Martin je podle mě super hostitel. Vždy se snaží vyřešit potřeby svých nájemníků a připravit jim prostředí, kde jim bude dobře. Sám jsem to zažil. :)

Stěhujeme se do zahraničí a tak Vás zveme do našeho menšího (45m2), ale útulného bytu na Praze 7. Byt jsme s přítelkyní zařizovali podle našich představ a ve vysokém standardu. Byt je kompletně vybavený a k tomu v něm najdete velkou a pohodlnou postel 155x230cm (ani dlouháni tu nebudou mít problém), pracovní stůl se značkovou kancelářskou židlí značky Wiesner-Hager a jídelní židle od manželů Eamsových. Výhledem pak uvidíte Vítkov a také prostor mezi dolními a horními Holešovicemi. Srdečně Vás zveme na prohlídku, Martin & Markéta
