About me
Recently renovated to be initially rented by grandparents and therefore very well-equipped with new appliances and items. The greatest plus of this flat is its central location in the middle of many parks, cafes, restaurants and accessible to all major tram and metro lines (3 min by foot). The market on the main square is picturesque. Once you enter the flat, it is absolutely quiet, you can hear no noise neither from the outside or neighbors. Heat-sensitive people will appreciate the cooling effect of a old brick building. Great experience so far with rentals, with returning, appreciative visitors!
