Apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodates 8 guests. Terrace, heating, garage, Wi-Fi and satellite TV. Building with elevator. Located on the tab 20 minutes walk from the center of Cascais
The apartment is located on a 1st floor, in a modern building with elevator, in a pleasant and quiet neighborhood, with green spaces.
Upon entering the apartment you will find a loose hall that divides the social area of the private area of the rooms.
In the social area, lies the large living room with meal zone. The room has tables and chairs for 6 people and a comfortable leisure zone with various sofas and puffs, including a sofa bed that accommodates 2 people with all comfort, LCD TV with international channels and fireplace. The room has a very pleasant balcony with outer meal zone. There is Wi-Fi internet all over the house.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the equipment and utensils you need to create your home meals. The kitchen has a small marquee, ideal for laundry area.
In the private zone there are three bedrooms.
One of the rooms has a private bathroom and double bed, and has a leisure zone on a closed porch. The bathroom has a shower. Hair dryer, towels, liquid soap, bath gel and shampoo are available.
The other two rooms are double and each have two individual beds. Both of these rooms share a common area of marquee with leisure zone and play games for the younger ones. Next to these two bedrooms there is a shower with a shower. All rooms have wardrobes and warming.
Although it is easy and free to park in this neighborhood, the apartment includes parking space in the garage in the building.
The comfort and originality of this apartment will surely give you a stay full of good memories and desires to return.

The apartment is not prepared for people with reduced mobility.
Pets may be allowed after consultation and an extra bond may be requested.
Noise is not allowed in the apartment after 10 pm.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
