Je důležité zdůraznit vynikající dopravní dostupnost - metro "VYSOČANSKÁ" je pouhé 3 minuty pěšky, ihned u rezidence je tramvajová zastávka "NÁDRAŽÍ VYSOČANY" stejně tak nedaleké vlakové nádraží "NÁDRAŽÍ VYSOČANY". Tato lokalita má skvělé napojení na pražskou magistrálu, městský pražský okruh i nájezd na dálnici D8.

We offer a fully equipped apartment with a layout of 2 + kk with an area of 63 m2 in the popular new building "Rezidence U Radnice" in the Vysočany district - Prague 9.
The apartment was designed by a renowned design studio and has a fully equipped kitchen with American refrigerator, oven, microwave, hob, coffee maker. The dining table can also serve as a work desk. The apartment has a bedroom with a comfortable bed and a smart TV. The bedroom is adjacent to the kitchenette, which is separated by a partition. A separate living room with a sofa, coffee table, smart TV and electric fireplace adds privacy.
In the hallway there is a spacious wardrobe, desk and a simple dressing room. The bathroom has a shower in addition to a toilet, sink and mirror, and there is a washer and dryer in the bathroom.
Of course there is WIFI connection throughout the apartment. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the residence with two elevators.
Right next to the residence there is a LIDL grocery store, there are several cafes, restaurants and a pharmacy opposite the residence. The shopping centre "FÉNIX" is within 5 minutes walking distance, this shopping centre offers a plethora of shops, snacks and services. It is important to emphasize the excellent transport accessibility - the metro "VYSOČANSKÁ" is only 3 minutes walk away, right next to the residence is the tram stop "NÁDRAŽÍ VYSOČANY" as well as the nearby train station "NÁDRAŽÍ VYSOČANY". Online agreement in your language. The basis is an agreement concluded in the language of the place of the lease, but the agreement is always translated into English and the most frequently used languages. The agreement is always signed online, so you can conclude it wherever you are in the world.

Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.

Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.

Rent
If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 7 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 6 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.
Service fee
The service fee is always refundable.
If you send a message to Flatio's Support Team requesting cancelation of the booking ("termination from the start date") within 48 hours after the lease agreement becomes valid, you're entitled to get back all the money you paid for the service fee.
After 48 hours, you're entitled to a refund of the service fee in the form of a "voucher" equal to the amount of the service fee you paid. The voucher can be used for your next booking and is valid for 12 months. If the service fee for your next booking is lower than the voucher amount, we'll issue you a new voucher for the remaining amount, valid for 12 months.
