Apartment on the ground floor of a building within walking distance from everything you could need. It is located in a central area but far enough from all the tourist noise. It is located in a residential neighbourhood, within walking distance (10-15 minutes) from the Zocalo(which is the main square of the city), the tourist area and all amenities. You can do everything walking it is close to the bus stop, markets, grocery stores, laundries, restaurants.
It has hot water all the time, gas stove with oven, kettle, microwave, big fridge with freezer, fast and reliable internet, private bathroom, there is a terrace on the top of the building with a 360 degrees view of the city. The flat is perfect for independent travellers who like having their own space and be self-sufficient while travelling. It is located in a residential neighbourhood with locals and foreigners. The building has 9 apartments, there are permanent residents and travellers living there. Almost all of them speak English so If you don’t speak Spanish you will still have someone to talk to.
It has two smart TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom with streaming services included: netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney +, Star +, Paramount+, HBO MAX. There are many options for sports within star+ you can watch NFL, MLB, NBA, PGA, Nascar, College Footballl, NCAA, and all sorts of other college sports. Also, boxing, Tenis, NHL, Wimbledon, Indycar, PGA Tour, and all varieties of sports. Within the prime video app you can watch UFC, MLB, NBA, NFL, F1, WWE. So we have streaming services with movies, series and all sort of live sports.
There is a kitchen with lots of cooking appliances, stove, three coffee makers (pour over coffee, Italian coffee maker, drop coffee maker, there is a kettle, knives, pots, pans and everything you could need in a kitchen.
Internet is strong, fast and reliable, the building is located a bit out of the hustle of the tourist area, so, for a Mexican central area it is considered quiet especially at night (for Mexican standards).

You will get a perfectly clean apartment with 2 pairs of sheets a paper roll, soap and a towels. Right now I don’t have a full-time maid so if you want further cleanings you will have to let me know in advance to make appointments with the cleaner. Full cleaning of the apartment has a price of 250 pesos.
Chedrahui is about 8 minutes walking you can buy there all your consumables. There is a water dispenser 2 minutes walking to the apartment where you can refill your water bottle, they deliver directly to your apartment if you tell them.
The flat is a turn-key rental. You are responsible for your consumables including drinking water. There is a grocery store two minutes from the apartment and a Chedrahui store which is the Mexican version of Walmart, it is 8 minutes walking.
