This bright 48 m² one-bedroom apartment is located on the raised ground floor of Banda A, facing the peaceful and beautifully landscaped Jardim das Quadras. Its large 7 m² east-facing balcony is a lovely place to start the day with your morning coffee, with plenty of direct sunlight in the morning and natural shade during the afternoon.
The apartment is particularly well suited to digital nomads, remote workers, professionals and couples looking for a comfortable temporary home for one month or longer. Fast internet of up to 1 Gbps, a large dining/work table and an ergonomic adjustable office chair make working from home easy, while the beach, marina, restaurants and nature are all just a few minutes away.
The apartment accommodates up to four guests, with a standard double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room.
It is offered as furnished temporary residential accommodation under a rental agreement, with stays available from one month onwards.

The location
The location is one of the apartment's greatest advantages. Troia - Comporta are a secret paradise away from the fast pace of city life in Lisbon. Known for its breathtaking beaches, secluded fields, and relaxed atmosphere.
The beach is approximately a 3-minute walk away, while restaurants, cafés and local shops are around 2 minutes away. Tróia Marina is approximately 5 minutes on foot, where you can enjoy the waterfront, restaurants and boat trips across the Sado Estuary.
The apartment is also just 1 minute from the local tennis courts, with numerous walking/running and cycling routes throughout the resort and along the peninsula.
For those who enjoy golf, the Tróia Golf Course is around a 5-minute drive away. There are also tennis, padel and other sporting activities available in the resort.
And when you want to explore beyond Tróia, the regular catamaran and ferry connections make Setúbal easily accessible across the Sado. Lisbon is approximately 1.5 hours away by car.
The Troia peninsula sits between the Atlantic Ocean and the Sado Estuary, with the Arrábida mountains providing a spectacular backdrop across the water. The peninsula is home to an extraordinary range of biodiversity, with more than 600 recorded species, and the surrounding dunes, pine forest, wetlands and Sado Estuary provide beautiful opportunities for walking, cycling, birdwatching and exploring nature. The famous resident bottlenose dolphins of the Sado Estuary are another highlight. Boat trips from the marina offer the opportunity to see one of the few estuary-dwelling dolphin populations in Europe in their natural environment.
Temporary stays from September to June
The apartment is available for monthly and longer-term temporary residential stays from September through June, making it particularly suitable for digital nomads, remote workers, couples, professionals or anyone looking to spend several months in Portugal outside the busy summer season.
The rental is intended for people looking for a temporary home in Portugal, rather than a short holiday or hotel-style stay.
Tróia is especially appealing during this period: you can enjoy the beaches, walking and cycling trails, nature and marina without the intensity of the summer crowds.
Utilities and high-speed Wi-Fi are included in the monthly rental price. Discounts are available for longer stays.
The apartment is owner-managed, and we can communicate in English, Portuguese or Spanish.
