Getting around: Termini Station is a 12-minute walk — putting all of Italy within easy reach by train. The Colosseum is 20 minutes on foot, and Sapienza University just 7 minutes away.

Good to know: the building carries the authentic, lived-in character typical of Rome's historic center — a few visible signs of age on the outside are part of what makes this the real Rome, not the postcard version. Inside, every space has been carefully restored and furnished.

Upon arrival, you'll find the apartment fully ready and welcoming. The kitchen is stocked with breakfast essentials to start your first morning without worry, and the Italian espresso machine is ready to use. In the bathroom you'll find toothbrushes and toothpaste, sanitary products, hand sanitizer, and a selection of carefully chosen shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner — nothing generic, just products we'd want to use ourselves.

The bed linens are personally cared for: washed with hand-picked, gentle products, free from bleach or harsh chemicals, yet always impeccably clean and fresh.
