Flat for rent - Marbella

Bright studio for two in Marbesa, a quiet residential area on the east side of Marbella, 550 m from Artola beach and the coastal path to Cabopino.

The private south-facing terrace is the extra room: 180-degree views over the gardens to the Mediterranean, breakfast in the sun in January and more than 300 days of sunshine a year. Winter here means light, not cold.

Inside there are 37 m2 of well-planned living space (57 m2 built): a 160 cm bed with a premium mattress, a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, Nespresso and a full-size washing machine, hot and cold air conditioning, Smart TV, safe, plenty of wardrobe space, and a proper place to sit and work on 300/300 Mbps symmetrical fibre. One guest has already spent a whole month working here, escaping the Canadian winter.

The residence has a pool set among gardens, a lift and a concierge. Supermarket, bakery, hairdresser and cash machine at the foot of the building, the bus to Marbella centre 2 minutes away and free parking. Three golf courses within 6 minutes.

Everything is included: water, electricity, heating and air conditioning, WiFi, bed linen, towels and the final cleaning. No hidden fees.

Ideal for remote workers, couples and winter-sun stays. Self check-in with a smart lock, and we answer messages fast. Two guests maximum, no pets, no smoking.

You let yourself in. A few days before you arrive we send the door code and step-by-step directions, so there is no key handover and no waiting for anyone.

You will find the bed made, towels and beach towels out, the studio freshly cleaned and a printed guide to every appliance in English and Spanish. In the storage room there are two fully reclining beach chairs and parasols to take down to Artola beach, seven minutes away on foot.

Water, electricity, heating, WiFi and the final cleaning are already in the price. We live close by and reply fast, from a tripped fuse to where to eat espeto on the beach.

How can I cancel my booking?
