A penthouse filled with light and charm, right in the heart of the city and a five-minute walk from everything. Its spacious terrace invites you to enjoy breakfasts that will become cherished memories of your stay.
The apartment is beautiful and ideally located in the very center of Seville. It's perfect for two people and can also be used as a workspace. It includes the following amenities:

• Filing cabinets and office supplies.
• If needed, we also provide a phone with a Spanish number, unlimited calls, and unlimited data.
The owner lives in the adjacent apartment and combines filmmaking with her legal practice: an interesting mix. You'll have your own space and privacy, with someone nearby to turn to if you need help with the apartment or information about the city. She won't be available at all times, but she'll be happy to lend a hand. And if you'd like to experience that Sevillian atmosphere that often goes unnoticed by tourists, you can discover it with the help of a local. Of course, it's best to leave the 5 a.m. party for another place ;-).
On the ground floor, you'll find the living room with a 60-inch TV and a work desk. Also on the ground floor is the bathroom, which is very bright because, like the living room, it opens completely to the outside. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, large mirror, hairdryer, and a bathtub with a shower.
A spiral staircase leads to the bedroom upstairs. It has a comfortable 1.35 m wide bed, reading lights on both sides, a bedside table, a chest of drawers, and a small clothes rack (if you bring too many clothes, you'll have plenty of space in the living room closet). The entire apartment is perfectly climate-controlled for both cold and hot weather.
In the bedroom, you'll find a metal door that leads to the terrace, which is for your exclusive use. It's very spacious. You can have lunch and dinner there if the weather permits, and if you give us advance notice, we can even provide a projector for you to watch your favorite movies in the evening.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD (LA ALFALFA)
You're right in the heart of Seville, less than a 7-minute walk from the Cathedral and the Giralda, the Royal Alcázar, and the Santa Cruz neighborhood. It's a central yet peaceful neighborhood, full of life and without the overly touristy atmosphere of other parts of the city. It's ideal for eating out: you'll find traditional Sevillian restaurants and more modern options nearby, as well as plenty of supermarkets and clothing and accessory shops. Everything you need to experience Seville like a local is within easy reach.

Once you send a booking request, the host is notified that you are interested in their listing. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your booking.
Hosts are mainly interested in the profile of their guest. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your booking will more likely get approved.
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every listing. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on Flatio, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the hosts on Flatio.
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on Flatio from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the host and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

If you cancel your booking 7 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.

The service fee is always refundable.
If you send a message to Flatio's Support Team requesting cancelation of the booking ("termination from the start date") within 48 hours after the lease agreement becomes valid, you're entitled to get back all the money you paid for the service fee.
After 48 hours, you're entitled to a refund of the service fee in the form of a "voucher" equal to the amount of the service fee you paid. The voucher can be used for your next booking and is valid for 12 months. If the service fee for your next booking is lower than the voucher amount, we'll issue you a new voucher for the remaining amount, valid for 12 months.
