The space
This apartment is a spacious, character-filled home created by art gallerists who love design, books, and music. It sits in a classic building right next to Agia Sofia, so you are in the centre of Thessaloniki with everything on your doorstep.
The open-plan living and dining area has very high ceilings with original details, large windows, and balcony doors that flood the space with natural light. A deep teal sofa, vintage armchairs, and a striking glass coffee table make the lounge a relaxing place to unwind with a drink, read, or watch the smart TV.
The dining area features a large wooden table with mixed chairs, ideal for shared meals or setting up a laptop. Around the living room you’ll find shelves of books, magazines, CDs, and carefully chosen artworks and objects – guests are welcome to enjoy the library and the music collection during their stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge, cookware, basic spices, and coffee-making facilities, so you can easily prepare breakfast or a full meal at home.
In the bedrooms you’ll find a comfortable king-size bed with quality linens and blackout curtains for a good night’s sleep. There is also a small office / reading nook with a desk, chair, and lamp, perfect for remote work or quiet study.
The apartment includes air conditioning, heating, and a washer for longer stays. Also, Ultra High-Speed Wifi 300 MBPS for uninterrupted work, internet surfing, and enjoy multimedia.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment during their stay, including the living and dining area, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, balcony access, and the reading/working nook.
Other things to note
The apartment is on the 2nd floor, and there is no elevator, so please be comfortable with stairs.
Because the location is very central, guests should expect some city noise; it is not completely quiet.
For your safety and to protect the property, there is a security camera only at the apartment entrance, recording video of the doorway area. This camera is used to monitor arrivals and departures and to help ensure that only registered guests enter the apartment.
Unregistered visitors, parties or events are not allowed. By booking you confirm that you agree to respect the maximum number of guests on the reservation and this house rule.
After booking is confirmed, a photo of the ID or passport of the main guest is required in order to proceed with the reservation and register your stay.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
