Living & Dining
At the heart of the apartment is a beautiful open-plan living and dining area of over 60 m², with three large windows overlooking Passeig de Gràcia.
One of the most delightful moments here is the beginning of the day. As the morning sunlight enters the living room, enjoy a freshly prepared coffee or breakfast in the spacious kitchen, open the balcony doors and step outside to take in the atmosphere of Barcelona’s magnificent, tree-lined boulevard, with views stretching towards Plaça Catalunya.
Inside, two generous sofas, carefully selected Italian designer furniture and a fireplace create a warm, inviting atmosphere. It’s a space that feels equally suited to peaceful mornings, relaxed afternoons and evenings spent together.
The fully equipped contemporary kitchen features high-end appliances and a generous central island with seating. It flows naturally into the dining area, where a beautiful round table comfortably accommodates eight guests.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Suite Prestige offers three spacious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and its own private bathroom.
The impressive master suite is designed as a peaceful private retreat. Its beautifully appointed bathroom area features a separate toilet, a spacious shower and a dedicated bathing area with a bathtub and double washbasins.
A generous dressing area, with wardrobes on either side, leads through to the bedroom, which features a king-size bed, television and workspace.
The master bedroom opens onto a balcony overlooking the quiet, south-facing interior of the block. Particularly during the cooler months, the afternoon sunlight creates a beautiful atmosphere.
The second suite offers a similarly comfortable layout, with a private bathroom, generous built-in wardrobes, a king-size bed, television and access to another peaceful, south-facing balcony.
The third bedroom also features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet.
An additional guest toilet is conveniently located off the main hallway.
All three bedrooms face the peaceful interior of the building, away from the activity of Passeig de Gràcia, offering a wonderfully quiet environment for rest and relaxation.
The apartment’s thoughtful layout provides an additional sense of privacy, with the two principal suites situated at the opposite end of the residence from the main living and dining areas.

For guests arriving by car, public underground parking is available directly beneath Passeig de Gràcia, with an entrance conveniently located at the next street corner.
Paid parking is available for both short visits and longer periods, with the possibility of arranging a monthly parking space.

In September 2002, at the age of 25, I visited Barcelona for the very first time. I had planned to stay for just ten days, but that was more than enough for me to fall madly in love with this incredible city. When I got back to Germany, one thing was certain: I wanted to live in Barcelona. So I quit my job, gave up my apartment, sold most of my belongings, packed everything else into my car. Just four weeks after that first visit, I was driving back to Barcelona, ready to start a completely new chapter of my life. I didn't speak the language, didn't know a single person, but none of that mattered. I simply knew that Barcelona was where I wanted to be. Little did I know that this spontaneous decision would eventually lead me to a career I had never even considered. About three weeks after arriving, I met a lovely Spanish lady who owned an apartment in the city. When she discovered that I was German, she asked whether I might know anyone back home who would enjoy visiting Barcelona and staying in her apartment. We barely spoke each other's language at the time, but somehow we managed to understand one another. I thought it would be nice to help her, so as a friendly gesture, I advertised her apartment online without expecting anything in return. To my surprise, the response was overwhelming. Enquiries started coming in, followed by reservations, and before long I was sending quite a few guests her way. She eventually started paying me a commission for my efforts. Then a friend of hers, who also owned an apartment, asked whether I could help her too, and then another owner came along, followed by another. What began as a simple favour gradually turned into a business I had never planned to start. Over the following years, that business continued to grow. At one point, I was working with more than a hundred and twenty-six apartments across Barcelona, welcoming visitors from all over the world, from Alaska to Oman, Iceland to Abu Dhabi, and countless places in between. I've had the pleasure of meeting so many wonderful people, and it has been incredibly enriching, personally and professionally. But as the years went by, I realized that what I enjoyed most wasn't managing an ever-growing number of properties. It was the personal side of hospitality, getting to know my guests, understanding their expectations, and making sure they genuinely enjoyed their time in Barcelona. Having worked with apartments in virtually every district of the city, I also had the chance to discover Barcelona's many different neighborhoods and locations. Yet one particular address always stood out to me: Passeig de Gràcia 15. When I first started working with an apartment in this beautiful building, I immediately felt that I had discovered something very special. Its exceptional location seemed to offer everything I could wish for when visiting the city. Even after all these years, I still consider it one of the most wonderful places to stay in Barcelona. And all of the enthusiastic feedback from our guests, particularly about the location, has only reinforced that feeling. So rather than continuing to expand, I eventually made a conscious decision to change direction. I gradually reduced my portfolio and chose to concentrate exclusively on Pdg15 Suites. How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
