Kompletno opremljen apartman u mirnom predjelu Splita uz rekreacijsku zonu plaže Žnjan i Trstenik, smješten 250m od mora. Plaža se proteže 2 km čijom šetnicom se može doći do centra grada kroz 25 minuta. Dužinom plaža su brojni restorani i kafići sa sadržajima za djecu. Za najmlađe izdvajamo: trampuline, igralište za nogomet, aqua park, park za igru. Na plaži postoji mogućnost iznajmljivanja Jet ski-a, kolutova za vuču te igralište za odbojku na pijesku. U Radison Blu Resortu na 2 minuta hoda od apartmana, možete se opustiti uz masaže i kozmetičke tretmane njihove Spa i Wellness Zone. Apartman je klimatiziran, te obuhvaća kompletno opremljenu kuhinju, kupaonicu s perilicom rublja te sušilom za kosu, dnevni boravak s TV-om ravnog ekrana i sofom koja se razvlači u ležaj, te odvojenom prostranom spavaćom sobom s bračnim ležajem. Dnevni prostor i soba imaju izlaz na mali balkon.
Trstenik je miran predio smješten na jugoistočnom dijelu grada Splita. Ime je dobio po istoimenom potoku i uvali u koju se potok ulijeva. U ovom kvartu se nalazi hotel Radisson blu i bolnica Križine, kao i novoizgrađena zgrada Medicinskog fakulteta. Supermarket, ljekarna i autobusna stanica su 3 minute hoda udaljene od apartmana.
Fully equipped apartment in a quiet part of Split next to the Žnjan and Trstenik beach recreation zone, located 250m from the sea. The beach stretches for 2 km, and its promenade leads to the city center in 25 minutes on foot. Along the beach there are numerous restaurants and cafés with facilities for children. For the youngest we highlight: trampolines, a soccer field, an aqua park, a playground. On the beach you can rent a jet ski and towable tubes, and there is also a beach volleyball court. At the Radisson Blu Resort, a 2-minute walk from the apartment, you can relax with massages and cosmetic treatments in their Spa and Wellness Zone. The apartment is air-conditioned and includes a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a washing machine and a hair dryer, a living room with a flat-screen TV and a sofa that pulls out into a bed, and a separate spacious bedroom with a double bed. The living area and the bedroom both have access to a small balcony.
Trstenik is a quiet area located in the southeastern part of the city of Split. It got its name from the stream of the same name and the cove into which the stream flows. This neighborhood is home to the Radisson Blu hotel and Križine hospital, as well as the newly built building of the Faculty of Medicine. A supermarket, a pharmacy and a bus station are a 3-minute walk from the apartment.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
