The apartment has been completely renovated, with everything brand new. It comes fully furnished and equipped with everything you need to settle straight in. From furniture and kitchenware to bed linen, towels and all the little everyday essentials, it’s all here. Just bring your suitcase and make yourself at home.

**CITY VIEWS, EVEN FROM THE SOFA**
The bright, open-plan living space brings together the kitchen, dining area and a comfortable spot to unwind. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and frame views of São Jorge Castle, Cristo Rei, the 25 de Abril Bridge and Lisbon’s iconic rooftops.
In the late afternoon, the city turns golden. And you can enjoy it all without leaving the couch.
**TWO TERRACES TO MAKE THE MOST OF LISBON**
The spacious private terrace is ideal for slow breakfasts, long lunches and dinners outside with friends.
Head up to the rooftop terrace for sweeping 360° views over the city. It’s my favourite place for a morning coffee in the sun or a beer at sunset, watching the light change over Lisbon and the city lights come on below.
**A PEACEFUL HOME IN A LIVELY NEIGHBOURHOOD**
One of the things I love most is how quiet it feels up here. There’s very little traffic noise, and mornings often start with birdsong. Yet cafés, restaurants, bakeries, little bars, yoga studios and independent shops are just outside.
Anjos, Intendente and Arroios bring together a lively mix of cultures, creative spaces and everyday neighbourhood life. Graça, Mouraria, Baixa and the historic centre are all within walking distance.
**EVERYDAY LIFE, WITHIN EASY REACH**

If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the host and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
In the event that you move in and the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on Flatio, let us know as soon as possible!
If the conditions for the withdrawal are met and the host can't fix the issue immediately, you have the option to withdraw from the lease agreement with a full refund. We'll also actively help you find an alternative accommodation and remain by your side until everything is fully resolved.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.
The service fee is always refundable.
If you send a message to Flatio's Support Team requesting cancelation of the booking ("termination from the start date") within 48 hours after the lease agreement becomes valid, you're entitled to get back all the money you paid for the service fee.
After 48 hours, you're entitled to a refund of the service fee in the form of a "voucher" equal to the amount of the service fee you paid. The voucher can be used for your next booking and is valid for 12 months. If the service fee for your next booking is lower than the voucher amount, we'll issue you a new voucher for the remaining amount, valid for 12 months.
