El espacio
Empieza el día con un café en el balcón privado y vistas al mar y la montaña. Después, alterna tus planes de playa con las piscinas y los espacios de descanso del edificio.
El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama queen y baño privado en suite. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. En el salón, un sofá cama doble completa la capacidad máxima de seis huéspedes. El segundo baño tiene acceso directo desde el salón y desde el segundo dormitorio, una distribución práctica para compartir la estancia.

Just a 4-minute walk from the beach, with pools and a balcony with views of Cabo Tortuga, where you can enjoy Santa Marta at your own pace. For up to 6 guests, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a double sofa bed.
The space
Start the day with a coffee on the private balcony with views of the sea and the mountains. Then, alternate your beach plans with the pools and the relaxation areas of the building.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds. In the living room, a double sofa bed completes the maximum capacity of six guests. The second bathroom has direct access from the living room and from the second bedroom, a practical layout for sharing the stay.
You have a equipped kitchen to prepare your meals, a dining area, air conditioning and fans in all rooms. We include Wi-Fi, bed linens, towels and parking. The living room and the balcony offer additional spaces to enjoy the apartment at your own pace.

During your stay you can enjoy the common areas of Delventto: pools, jacuzzis, rooftop or terrace, gym, coworking, kids' areas, BBQ area and social spaces.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

If you cancel your booking 7 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 47 hours before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.
The service fee is always refundable.
If you send a message to Flatio's Support Team requesting cancelation of the booking ("termination from the start date") within 48 hours after the lease agreement becomes valid, you're entitled to get back all the money you paid for the service fee.
After 48 hours, you're entitled to a refund of the service fee in the form of a "voucher" equal to the amount of the service fee you paid. The voucher can be used for your next booking and is valid for 12 months. If the service fee for your next booking is lower than the voucher amount, we'll issue you a new voucher for the remaining amount, valid for 12 months.
