Úplně nové plně vybavené studio s garáží, terasou, zahradou a přepychovým vnitroblokem v klidné vilové čtvrti 10 min. pěšky od metra Opatov a 1 stanici metrem od OC WESTFIELD CHODOV . Autobusová stanice před domem. Studio disponuje i sklepem. Za zmínku stojí opravdu nádherný vnitroblok s pergolou k posezení a skvostnou zelení , která nabádá k odpočinku. Součástí studia je i předzahrádka s teráskou o výměře 30 m2, což ve slunečných dnech přímo zvětšuje prostor obývacího pokoje . Na terásce je posezení pro 2 hosty. Plně vybavené studio nabízí naprosto všechno. Plně vybavenou krásnou kuchyňskou linku s lednicí, mrazničkou, myčkou, mikrovlnnou troubou, troubou, varnou deskou , digestoří a s úložným prostorem až do stropu. Studio má velmi vysoké stropy a to 2,72 m. Rovněž disponuje venkovními žaluziemi . Rozkládací gauč o velikosti 160 cm na 200 cm slouží rovněž i jako úložný prostor pro ložní prádlo. Vše je součástí nabídky včetně ručníků, utěrek, veškerého vybavení v kuchyni, od talířů, kastrólů, po skleničky atd. , dokonce i pracího prášku v koupelně atd. V chodbě se nyní montují dvě vysoké vestavěné skříně, jedna bude sloužit jako šatna a druhá skříň bude botník. V koupelně je sprchový kout včetně umyvadla s toaletou a součástí je i pračka se sušičkou. Nyní se v koupelně montuje nástěnné zrcadlo. Dále musím zmínit , že součástí bytu je poměrně velký sklep a podzemní garážové stání, kde může být zaparkován automobil i s motorkou. Samozřejmě součástí jsou i nabíječky pro elektromobily.
Do centra Prahy je to metrem cca 15 min . Bytový dům je úplně nový zkolaudovaný v 06/2026.
Brand-new, fully equipped studio with a garage, terrace, garden and a luxurious courtyard in a quiet villa neighborhood, a 10-minute walk from Opatov metro station and 1 metro stop from OC WESTFIELD CHODOV. The bus stop is in front of the building. The studio also comes with a cellar. Worth mentioning is the truly beautiful courtyard with a pergola for sitting and magnificent greenery that invites you to relax. The studio also includes a front garden with a terrace of 30 m2, which on sunny days effectively enlarges the living room space. The terrace has seating for 2 guests. The fully equipped studio offers absolutely everything. A fully equipped, beautiful kitchen unit with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, extractor hood and storage space up to the ceiling. The studio has very high ceilings of 2.72 m. It also has exterior blinds. The sofa bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm also serves as storage space for bed linen. Everything is included in the offer, including towels, dish towels, all kitchen equipment, from plates and saucepans to glasses etc., even laundry detergent in the bathroom etc. In the hallway, two tall built-in wardrobes are currently being installed; one will serve as a walk-in closet and the other will be a shoe cabinet. The bathroom has a shower enclosure, a sink with a toilet, and also includes a washer-dryer. A wall mirror is currently being installed in the bathroom. I must also mention that the apartment includes a fairly large cellar and an underground parking space where a car can be parked together with a motorcycle. Of course, chargers for electric vehicles are also included.
It takes about 15 minutes by metro to the center of Prague. The apartment building is completely new, with its occupancy permit issued in 06/2026.

If the conditions for the withdrawal are met and the host can't fix the issue immediately, you have the option to withdraw from the lease agreement with a full refund. We'll also actively help you find an alternative accommodation and remain by your side until everything is fully resolved.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

If you cancel your booking up to 7 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 6 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.
The service fee is always refundable.
If you send a message to Flatio's Support Team requesting cancelation of the booking ("termination from the start date") within 48 hours after the lease agreement becomes valid, you're entitled to get back all the money you paid for the service fee.
After 48 hours, you're entitled to a refund of the service fee in the form of a "voucher" equal to the amount of the service fee you paid. The voucher can be used for your next booking and is valid for 12 months. If the service fee for your next booking is lower than the voucher amount, we'll issue you a new voucher for the remaining amount, valid for 12 months.
