The metro stop is on the corner (about 5 minutes to the centre), the beach and seafront promenade are 6 minutes on foot, and María Zambrano train station is a 10-minute walk.
Two bedrooms, each with a double bed. Bright living room with Smart TV and a double sofa bed. The dining table works well as a desk, and the high-speed WiFi is ideal for remote work. Air conditioning and heating.
Modern, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and cookware. Spacious bathroom with a large shower. Iron, hair dryer, towels and bed linen included.
Huelin is real, everyday Málaga: a fish market, bars and restaurants at local prices, a Lidl right opposite the entrance and sardines on the grill down by the promenade. City buses 1, 3, 7 and 16 stop round the corner. Some nearby streets have free parking and others are blue zone.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

Flexible (14-days)
If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 7 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 6 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.
The service fee is always refundable.
If you send a message to Flatio's Support Team requesting cancelation of the booking ("termination from the start date") within 48 hours after the lease agreement becomes valid, you're entitled to get back all the money you paid for the service fee.
After 48 hours, you're entitled to a refund of the service fee in the form of a "voucher" equal to the amount of the service fee you paid. The voucher can be used for your next booking and is valid for 12 months. If the service fee for your next booking is lower than the voucher amount, we'll issue you a new voucher for the remaining amount, valid for 12 months.
