We would like to offer you a nice, private studio in Šeberov. The studio is part of the house and only a few steps from the bus, grocery store, coffee shop, restaurant or pharmacy. The studio is facing the courtyard/hall, it's well-equipped (washing machine, hairdryer, bed linen, towels etc.) with everything you'll need during your stay. The rent includes all relevant bills (electricity, water and internet).

You will get to the nearest metro OPATOV, in 4 min or another 16 min. to the very centre of Prague MUZEUM. It takes 8. min to the biggest shopping mall in Czechia - Westfield Chodov.

The place is only for one person; for this reason, we won't accept requests from couples. The rent includes all relevant bills (water, electricity, and internet).

Great accommodation with all you might need - plenty of space in wardrobes and such, a rather well-equipped kitchen (including salt and oil, which was a nice touch), a comfortable bed. Clean too.
Surprisingly good and frequent connection to the centre on workdays, yet close to nature.
Very nice and helpful host, always quick to offer help and solutions.
The apartment is a bit cold and dark, but that much is expected, clear from the description. The one true issue I had was the lock that glitched despite my best effort to follow the advice given.
Overall a wonderful place for the price.

Perfect studio, has everything you need. Bus stop, grocery store and park less than 30 seconds away. Amazing landlady, whenever I had an issue she came up with solutions, even if it was 10 pm, she still was there, willing to help.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
