Newly renovated, 85 m2 flat is available for rent in the city center. The flat is located on the 1st floor of a quite, characteristic building, in the middle of the Jewish Quarter, close to all main bus, tram and metro lines.

The flat has 2 separate rooms (one of them is large and can serve as living + dining area), and additional room with a gallery, high quality kitchen equipped with all the essentials, beautiful, large modern shower. The flat is equipped with 3, new double beds, plazma TV, internet, washing machine and air-condition.

Around the apartment, you'll find plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops to enjoy.

Die Wohnung ist in einem nicht optimalen Zustand, ein Fenster schließt nicht seit der Übergabe im Februar und das Problem wurde bis zur Abreise nicht behoben. Weiterhin ist das Zimmer zur Straße aufgrund der nächtlichen Aktivitäten und des Clubs unten drunter sehr lärmintensiv. Ansonsten ist die Lage gut

This accommodation did not have all the necessary equipment, it is marked on the advert for 8 people only we were 4 and that was just right. There were major problems with the upstairs neighbour, the owner did little to change this.

How can I cancel my booking?
