Mis compañeros y yo vivimos 4 meses por trabajo en esta propiedad y la sentimos como nuestro hogar. Es acogedora y tiene todo lo que os podáis imaginar y necesitar durante la estancia. El propietario es muy amable y responde muy rápido cuando se le necesita. El barrio es tranquilo y seguro. Sin duda repetiría si tuviera que volver a Bratislava. Gracias también a su hijo que nos ayudó en varias ocasiones. Son muy comprensivos y amables. Recomendable 100%

Les + : climatisation, équipements cuisine, lave-vaisselle, moustiquaires, machine lavé.
Les - : l'embout de l'aspirateur est cassé, TV mauvaise qualité de l'image

Квартира очень хорошая, со всеми удобствами. Рядом много магазинов (Кауфланд, Била). Удобная автобусная развязка. Всем рекомендуем!

La casa era come nelle foto, quindi siamo stati soddisfatti di quello che abbiamo trovato. Il proprietario e il figlio sono stati molto accoglienti nei nostri confronti e ci hanno sempre aiutato dando consigli. Abbiamo molto apprezzato anche di aver trovata in casa già alcune capsule per il caffe, per la lavatrice e pe la lavastoviglie..

Si tratta di un quartiere residenziale, non molto frequentato ma allo stesso tempo comunque abbastanza sicuro.
La casa era come nelle foto, quindi siamo stati soddisfatti di quello che abbiamo trovato. Il proprietario e il figlio sono stati molto accoglienti nei nostri confronti e ci hanno sempre aiutato dando consigli. The house was exactly as described in the photographs and has all the necessary utensils for everyday life. The house isn't in the city centre, but with the numerous public transport links that the city offers we were able to get to the centre in 30 minutes.
As for the landlord, I can't thank him enough for all the help he gave me and the fact that he was always available if I needed anything.
Once again, I highly recommend the house because both, the landlord and the house, are impeccable!

I had an excellent stay. Great location, easy to get everywhere on foot and very good transport link.
Very clean, comfortable and equipped.
The hosts is very friendly, responsive and arranged parking on arrival.

Very nice apartment in a quiet residential area. Had everything for a long stay. Close to the city center. Walking distance to grocery stores (Kaufland and Billa), parks and playgrounds.
