Adoriamo la nostra città e le sue meraviglie storiche e naturali. Mettiamo il cuore nella nostra attività per far sì che i nostri ospiti possano custodire un ricordo felice del loro soggiorno a Castellammare del Golfo. Abbiamo viaggiato parecchio ed abbiamo fatto tesoro delle migliori e peggiori esperienze nel settore dell’ospitalità. Questo è stato il punto di partenza per definire la nostra offerta basata su ciò che ci aspetteremmo dalla nostra vacanza: una casa dotata di ogni comfort, pulita, a pochi passi dal centro e con degli host simpatici e disponibili. La nostra struttura è sul mercato da due anni ed è stata adibita a casa vacanze. Sempre più spesso i turisti che vengono in vacanza decidono di fermarsi in più rispetto alle previsioni per potere lavorare in smartworking. Tutto ciò grazie alla ottimale organizzazione della casa che è dotata di ogni confort e si trova in una posizione strategica. Infatti grazie alla sua ubicazione è possibile godere della tranquillità necessaria per lavorare ma si è anche molto vicini al centro della città riuscendo nei momenti liberi a poter godere delle bellezze della natura, mare e montagna.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.

The service fee is always refundable.
If you send a message to Flatio's Support Team requesting cancelation of the booking ("termination from the start date") within 48 hours after the lease agreement becomes valid, you're entitled to get back all the money you paid for the service fee.
After 48 hours, you're entitled to a refund of the service fee in the form of a "voucher" equal to the amount of the service fee you paid. The voucher can be used for your next booking and is valid for 12 months. If the service fee for your next booking is lower than the voucher amount, we'll issue you a new voucher for the remaining amount, valid for 12 months.

Nature, monuments, beaches, we enjoyed everything we expected from Italy here. 😃 The hosts welcomed us nicely with a welcome gift, Mirko and Alessandra were very willing.
