Flat for rent - Albufeira

This beautiful and luxurious 2 bedroom apartment is situated in the middle of the Salgados Vila das Lagoas resort, just 300 meters walk from the 8 kilometer beach.

It offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, free air conditioning, free WiFi, free parking space, free digital concierge guide and accommodates up to 6 people.

Ocean’s Nest is a 3rd floor apartment within the award-winning Salgados resort. With several swimming pools, gardens and an 18-hole golf course just a few minutes away. It is the perfect base for your holidays, both summer and winter.

Please note that the pool is not fenced and children must be supervised at all times.

The apartment has a bright and spacious south facing open plan living room with a teak kitchen, fully equipped with all the amenities. The living room opens onto the large balcony and here you will find a comfortable outdoor seating area and an outdoor dining table for 4 people - perfect for our warm Algarve nights!

The first bedroom is the red room: it also opens onto the large balcony, has two single beds, air conditioning and built-in wardrobes. Opposite this room is the shared bathroom with bathtub.

The main bedroom is the blue room: with a large king size bed (180cm X 200cm), it has air conditioning, built-in wardrobe and a private bathroom with bathtub.

The tenant will also find all beds made, as well as bath and face towels for each guest. They also have a change of towels and sheets at their disposal so they can manage their washing and changing clothes needs.

The 1 or 3 month rental always includes a complete cleaning of the apartment every 15 days. On cleaning day, the tenant must have available and washed sets of sheets so that the beds can be made.

We care about the planet and we want our guests to help us in this regard by reducing excessive use of water and air conditioning.

The apartment was exactly as described and illustrated. Directions to the unit were concise and access to the property and the unit was simple and straightforward, without issues. Sonia, Sofia and team were attentive and responsive and communicated frequently, checking in on us and responding quickly to our questions and issues. We couldn't have asked for better landlords to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable
Neighborhood
The neighbourhood is a gated community, close to the beach and geared for vacationers. As it was mid-winter, occupancy was lower than high season. We did not take public transit but saw buses regularly. The golf course close by was beautiful. Again, because it was low season, some restaurants were closed, many to undertake renovations but those that were open were all excellent.

O Luis is a great little beach side cafe, a great place for sunsets, Pedras Amarelas had an extensive menu that we sampled frequently and everything was delicious, absolutely fantastic service - the indoor resaurant was lovely with an outstanding view of the ocean while the terrace was always busy, a fun place to share drinks and food. Arté Nautica in nearby Armação de Pera was simply an outstanding restaurant with exceptional service and a fabulous view of the ocean and beach.
